Service use is free of charge.

Privacy and data safety

Service provider shall be bound to protect the user’s data in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection.

Rejection of responsibility

The user needs to be aware that:

-data transfer system is not completely and absolutely reliable and safe,

-service provider cannot guarantee the user to be completely satisfied with the service,

-it is possible to lose information as well as it is possible that the operation of service is incorrect as a consequence of wrong use and an unknown user.

Service provider cannot provide service operations in case of contractual partners’ network failure or in case of disturbances in electricity supply or in case of other technical disturbances that could temporarily affect the provision of services.

General

Service provider can change the conditions of service completely if there are reasons of technical, commercial or other character. Each change or novelty shall be previously announced on the service provider’s web site and where the instructions for use are published.
